app_dial.c.diff Patch for asterisk,
return BUSY on Dial(ext1&ext2&ext3) when at least one extension
is BUSY. Useful if one person is having multiple phones, eg deskphone
and portable, and doesn't want one phone to ring while talking on the
other.
Incomplete Needs to read an option given to Dial().
